Crown 3/4 hinged cue
This full size, 58 inch, ¾ jointed cue is made by Peradon in England from kiln-dried North American ash and rosewood.
Manufacture & Specifications:
The ash wood is carefully selected for strength and straightness before being turned and machine spliced to the rosewood wood.
A rosewood front split and a rosewood inlay between two red veneers are then split to the butt section to further enhance the appearance.
The cue is then turned into its final tapered finish before the numerous sanding and finishing processes are undertaken to achieve a 'silk smooth' finish.
To avoid joint problems, the two sections of the 'quick action' joint are each precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and mounted exactly 12" from the end to give the 46" shaft length
The stock is finished with a Peradon Crown name disc and a 'quick action' butt joint to accept the optional extensions in the 'related products' section of this page.
Extensions can be installed in either the ¾ joint in the cue or in the butt end.
This cue has a solid brass ferrule and an Elkmaster tip of 9 ½ to 10 mm
