Manufacturing and specifications:
The Ash is carefully selected for strength and straightness before being turned and machine spliced to the rosewood stock.
A rosewood front splice and a rosewood inlay between two red veneers are then spliced to the butt section to complete the appearance.
The cue is then turned to the final tapered finish before a variety of sanding and finishing processes are carried out to achieve a 'silky smooth' finish.
To solve joint problems, the two parts of the 'quick action' joint are each precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and precisely fitted 12" from the end to give the shaft length of 46"
The stock is finished with a Peradon Crown nameplate and 'quick action' butt joint to accept the optional extensions listed in the 'Related Products' section of this page.
Extensions can be fitted to the 3/4 joint in the cue or to the butt joint.
This cue features a solid brass sleeve and 9 1/2 to 10mm Elkmaster tip
