Chiltern 3/4 Jointed Cue
This full size, 58 inch, ¾ jointed cue is crafted by Peradon in England from the highest grade, kiln dried, North American Ash and exotic ebony woods.

Manufacturing and specifications

The shaft is carefully selected for strength and straightness before the finest, genuine ebony butt wood is hand spliced ​​to the cue and the cue is shaped to produce the signature four round point pattern of a hand spliced ​​cue.

The decorative Zebrano butt wood and maple veneer are then hand-mated to the ebony butt. To relieve stress to the wood, the guideline is then shaped over time until the final conical shape is achieved, after which the numerous sanding and finishing processes are carried out to achieve a 'silk smooth' finish.

To prevent joint problems, the two parts of the 'quick action' joint are each precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and assembled exactly 16" from the end of the rod to give the 42" shaft length.

The stock is finished with a Peradon Chiltern branded disc and a 'fast action' butt joint to accept the optional extensions found in the 'related products' section of this page.

Extensions can be made in the ¾ joint in the cue or in the joint of the butt.

This cue features a solid brass ferrule and a 9 ½ to 10mm Elkmaster point.
