Aramith is a plastic resin which makes them better than standard polyester billiard balls.
The billiard balls are great for home use.
Which diameter ball: The height of the rubber bumper depends on the diameter of the ball. The height is the top of the sheet (playing field) up to where the ball touches the rubber edge. The ball should always be 2/3 below the cushion (where the ball touches the edge). The following calculation is used for this:
With a belt height of 34.5 mm: 34.5 x 1.66 (2/3) = 57.27 mm ball. This ball size does not exist, but the nearest one is 57.2 mm and you will need it.
